ALL CUSTOMERS : If we determine your area is experiencing temps outside our live guarantee, you will receive an email you need to RESPOND to for us to process the order. Orders will be placed ON HOLD until we receive response.
USPS : We are also NOT able to help with missing packages or packages delivered to the wrong address via USPS due to the time involved and the number of mistakes they make. Some customers have had to make multiple trips to USPS till they find there packages. You will be responsible for working with USPS.
