NOTE : DUE TO USPS DELAYS  DUE TO COVID THERE IS NO LIVE GUARANTEE FOR USPS PRIORITY MAIL, YOU MUST CHOOSE FEDEX AND FOLLOW HOLD FOR PICKUP BASED ON YOUR TEMPURATE FOR LIVE GUARANTEE…

If your temps are below 50or above 80° you must choose “Hold for Pickup” in the options for live delivery guarantee. Orders must be picked up within 24 hours of when they arrive if choosing “Hold for Pickup”. USPS hold for pickup are usually sent to the post office your mail comes from, FedEx hold for pickup are held at your closest FedEx Staffed Ship Center, not authorized ship centers. Any problems or dead arrivals must notify us within 1 hour of when courier scans package saying delivered.If temperatures are below 40 ℉ or above 90 ℉ there is no live guarantee even if “Hold for Pickup” is chosen. If temps are below 40 or over 90 we recommend waiting for more favorable temps to ensure live delivery. 

We send tracking numbers for all shipment so you are responsible for making sure someone is home to accept delivery.  We can not be responsible for where the courier leaves the package if no one is home. These are live feeders, and can’t be left out in the sun or hot or cold weather. Due to them being live insects.. if you choose hold for pickup and do not pick them up and they are returned to us we will not issue a refund. 

We ship Priority Mail and FedEx shipments Monday – Wednesday to ensure they arrive by the weekend. Most orders placed by 7 am will ship same day. On Thursdays we only ship FedEx overnight orders if placed by 7am.  NOTE DUE TO COVID AND CURRENT LABOR SHORTAGES IN THE US THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL DELAYS BUT WERE SHIPPING ORDERS OUT AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. SO FAR LONGEST DELAY HAS BEEN ONE ADDITIONAL DAY FOR PROCESSING.
